Update CEMM Login System

We will soon be rolling out an update with a number of improvements regarding security and account management. Below you can read what is changing:

  • Logging in is now only possible using email + password. Logging in with a username is no longer supported.
  • Multi-factor authentication (TOTP) is available via an authenticator app of your choice. You can also set up one-time recovery codes in case your authenticator app becomes unusable.
  • New passwords must meet a minimum length and strength requirement.
  • You will gain insight into all active sessions. You can log out of individual sessions or all sessions.
  • It will become possible to change your username.

You can find the above settings on portal.cemm.nl under Account > Profile starting October 5, 2026. Update 1.15 will be released soon; from that moment on, these changes will also apply to the app.

  • 05-10-2026 rollout on portal.cemm.nl
  • October 2026 rollout in the app
  • At a later stage, logging into the old mijn.cemm.nl portal will be restricted for accounts with MFA enabled.
